Many of you know already that I am not (sadly) coming home for the Snowball, however I shall be in Cambridge both in December, 22nd-31st and in February 11th-19th, and hope to see as many of you as possible then!
This is also advance warning that i shall be giving another recital in the fitzwilliam museum, on Feb 18th at 1.15pm, to which you are all more than welcome (I shall remind you nearer the time ;-) ). Meanwhile, if any of you know of (or are) a good pianist, let me know…

- Annie studied French and Italian at Selwyn College, Cambridge, and began her blog on her year abroad, while teaching in Lyon, France. She then lived in Geneva for a year, where she worked for an international ecumenical organization. On returning to the UK she gained an MA in Literary Translation from the University of East Anglia, and worked as a translator and classical music agent in Cambridge. She recently moved to Prague, where she is discovering the Czech culture and language. She spends her 'free' time singing, and also enjoys boats, cooking, archaeology, and adventures in the mountains.

I expect to be in Cambridge around New Year, so we might overlap, albeit briefly!
